									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>First attempt at refrigerator pickles! The refrigerator does most of the work so there’s less pressure on the brine/canning concept. I used peppercorns and dill seeds for added seasonings was going to put garlic in but my husband said that makes it kosher and “less sour” by store bought standards. So trial and err to see what we prefer, I suppose.</p>

George suggested Jan 6th… but some is just wintery decorations and others are definitely already set back so it’s not so bad when I do decide to pack it all up. Then I microwave it in 2min increments stirring it until it’s my desired temperature. George nuked his for 5min straight and was happy with his &#x1f61d;.</p>

A few years ago george asked me to start making him fruit/veggie smoothies and We use an oster blender. It gets the job done. His smoothies typically consist of frozen fruits and spinach. I made these for gathering veggies in the garden, but I feel like I use it for everything but garden produce &#x1f606; (picking up random kid toys, carrying treats for our animals).
