Very well loved page from Real Food Pregnancy by Lily Nichols. I like this recipe but cook in little mounts on a sheet pan instead of in a loaf pan. And i mix keychup and balsamic vinegar for the topping.

So I’ve decided to end my garden for this year and we gave whatever was left to our new goats haha. Definitely going to expand and do things a little different next year but it was a good learning year. Not as good as I hoped but better than I expected. 🙂

Jaime found both Doug Wilson books on EBay. I know Amazon also has them and the Canon+ app has the audio of Recovering the Lost Tools of Learning 😊

Not sure if anyone likes okra or planted any, but mine is doing good! It has a really pretty flower. I discovered though that you have to harvest the pods right away once they get 3-4in otherwise they get rock hard and ultimately inedible. Andy/Kathy use it in their gumbo and of course in the south it’s a favorite fried side with cornflour…

Were going on a little trip next week and im prepping all the things! My kids tend to get car sick 🤢. Here is my go to’s that i always have the the car!

-travel buddy EO blend but any anti nasea oil im sure would help. Then i have a little porcelin hanger that works as a diffuser and if anyone starts getting sick i hang it by them.

I made this jumpsuit today at sewing lessons with Jordan! It was so simple and now one of my favorite pieces to an outfit! All we did was use a jumpsuit I knew fit me well and used it for the pattern. I will link the youtube video tutorial!! I am having so much fun learning to sew! I never thought of using Bon Ami for toilets! I use it for my kitchen sink all the time. Great idea!

I don’t know if it’s technically non-toxic, but my favorite glass and window cleaner is equal parts wintergreen rubbing alcohol and water in a spray bottle. It smells fresh and cleans with zero streaks!

I LOVE my steam mop. That counts as non-toxic right?? I also love making my own hand soap, detergent, and multi-purpose spray. One thing that I’ve found helpful is having a cleaning schedule; Mondays-laundry, Tuesday-sweep and mop and vacuum floors, Wednesday-Bathrooms, Thursday-laundry again, Fridays-Dusting and glass cleaning.
